One person reads this address. Mail is answered within 3 working days, in English or German.
Write to whm5294186@gmail.com. This is the address for everything: bug reports, wrong color codes, translation mistakes, privacy requests, and legal enquiries.
Reporting a problem with a pattern
Conversion problems are hard to reproduce without the details, so please include:
- The settings — bead brand, pattern width, and whether smooth transitions were on.
- What you expected and what you got — a screenshot of the preview is usually enough.
- Your browser and device — for example “Safari on iPhone” or “Chrome on Windows”.
- The image, only if you are comfortable sending it — it is never needed to describe the problem, and the site itself never receives it.
Reporting a wrong bead color
The compatibility list is maintained by hand and will contain mistakes. If a code in a pattern does not match the bead you actually bought, send the brand, the code, and what the bead looks like. Corrections of this kind are the most useful mail this project receives.
German wording
The German text is written to use the terms crafters actually use — Bügelperlen, Vorlage, Steckplatte — rather than translated English. If something reads awkwardly, please say so; it will be changed.
The same applies to the printed exports: the PDF headings, the CSV column names, and the downloaded file names are all translated, and a clumsy phrase there is worth reporting because it ends up on paper next to someone's pegboard.
Worth checking first
Several questions arrive weekly and already have an answer on this site, so a quick look may be faster than waiting for a reply.
- A pattern looks muddy or a face is unrecognisable — this is almost always the pattern width or the source image. The guide covers what to change.
- There are too many colors to buy — the FAQ explains how to bring the count down without redoing the pattern.
- The printed boards do not line up — print at 100% scale instead of “fit to page”.
- The CSV shows odd characters — reopen it and choose UTF-8 when your spreadsheet asks about encoding.
What this address cannot do
Patterns cannot be recovered. Nothing is stored on any server, so once a tab is closed the conversion is genuinely gone and cannot be sent to you. Download your files before you leave the page.
Custom patterns are not made to order, and images are not designed on request. The tool converts what you bring to it.
Legal permission for a particular image cannot be granted here. Whether you may convert or sell a piece depends on the rights to the source image, which belong to whoever made it.
What happens to your message
Mail is read by one person and kept only as long as it takes to deal with it. Nothing from it is published, and addresses are never added to a mailing list — there is no mailing list.
If you attach an image, it is used to reproduce your problem and then deleted. You are never required to send one.
